How do we create campaigns that retain loyal consumers and entice new consumers to try Pulp Riot?
Each email campaign is designed to promote and educate consumers on products that help them express their unique styling skills. We design and concept the flow of the email that allows the consumer to easily navigate and ingest the appropriate information. The flow of each email is: inspire, educate and promote.
Along with email, paid social was under this umbrella that led the design of short form videos that could be sent through SMS and social media to reach audiences that would be interested in learning about new product launches.

How do we curate a social media presence and ecommerce landing page that educates consumers on existing and new product?
Through strategy and establishing thoughtful, educational and inspirational intentions, the Pulp Riot Instagram is a curated space built on four content pillars: education, inspiration, promotion and entertainment. These three content pillars drive the type of rotating content that consistently engage users to stay up to date with all things Pulp Riot.
In the Ecommerce space, the strategy developed is built on UI principles that allow the consumer to easily navigate a large space of information. From product set pages and promotional tiles, we aim to create thumbnails that are eye catching for consumers to be engaged enough to click and therefore purchase.
Print merchandising
In-Store shopping experiences for the Pulp Riot consumer at SalonCentric need to be easily accessible and ingestible for consumers to run in and out with their desired products. However, with this high level of foot traffic, we needed to strategize how to make consumers stop for a moment and engage with a promotion on a hero product that they can add to their must have tools.
